Banana Bread

Ingredients required:

  • Ripe Bananas - 2

  • Melted Butter - ⅓ cup

  • Sugar - ½ cup

  • Beaten Egg - 1

  • Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp.

  • Baking Soda - 1 Tsp.

  • Salt

  • All Purpose Flour - 1 ½ cups

  • Mini Chocolate Chips - ½ cup

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚ C).

  • In a bowl, add the bananas and mash until smooth. Add the melted butter and stir.

  • Add the sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour and stir until the batter is smooth.

  • Add in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan

  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Cool completely before serving, enjoy!
