Corn Tortillas

Ingredients required:
Torti-Masa Flour - 2 cups.
Water - 1 cup.
Preparation:
Add the water to the Masa Flour and combine both to get the Masa (dough).
Let it sit for 20 mins.
Rip off a piece of dough and form it into a small sphere.
Place this on a hard surface and flatten it using a rolling pin or a tortilla maker.
You can use a roll the tortilla on a plastic bag so that it doesn't stick to the hard surface.
Once the tortilla is formed, place it on a hot Comal (flat, round griddle) on the stove and cook both sides of the tortilla (about 2 mins for each side).
Serve with toppings/curry/gravy/dipping/sauce of your choice!
