Baba Ghanoush

Ingredients required:

  • Eggplant

  • Tahini (Not available at the pantry, can be found at Walmart or Fred Meyers)

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Preparation:

  • Start by roasting your eggplants

  • Peel the skin off once its been cooked

  • Drain the water from your peeled eggplant

  • Cut the eggplant into small chunks and transfer it to a food processor

  • Add in the rest of your ingredients into the food processor along with the eggplants and blend

  • Garnish with toppings of your choice such as olive oil, parsley, paprika, pomegranate seeds, etc., and enjoy!
