Egg Curry

Ingredients required:
Oil
Onions - 3, diced
Green chilies - 4
Ginger + garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Salt
Garam masala/spices
Eggs - boiled
Coriander - chopped
Preparation:
In a pot add 2 Tbsp oil. Then, add 3 diced onions and fry until they turn goldish-brown.
To this add 4 green chillies and stir. After stirring add ½ of a teaspoon of ginger+garlic paste. Stir again.
To this mixture, add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, ¾ teaspoon of salt, a pinch of garam masala and stir until everything is completely mixed together.
Add eggs into this mixture without mashing them. After one side of the eggs are cooked, flip them to cook the other side as well.
Cook this until moisture evaporates. When evaporation occurs, simmer the heat and add some water accordingly.
Once the eggs are cooked, serve in a bowl and garnish with coriander.
