Ingredients required:
Chickpeas
Onion
Parsley and cilantro
Garlic
Seasonings: Cumin, Cardamom, Salt and Black Pepper
Frying oil
Baking soda
Green chili pepper
Preparation:
Roughly chop your onion, garlic, and green chili pepper
Add all of your ingredients besides the baking soda together into a food processor and blend
Transfer your mixture into a bowl then add baking soda and mix then cover your bowl with plastic wrap or a lid
Place your mixture to chill in the fridge for about half an hour
Use a falafel scoop or roll the mix with your hands to form your round falafel shape
Lastly, deep fry your falafel balls in hot oil for about 2 minutes or until golden brown
Let the falafel balls cool and enjoy!
