Kidney Beans Curry

Ingredients required:
Dry Kidney Beans - Soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Turmeric
Salt
Garam Masala
Red Chili Powder
Ground Coriander
Vegetable Oil
Ginger - Minced
Garlic - Minced
Cumin Seeds
Onion Minced
Tomato Puree
Plain Yogurt
Fresh Cilantro - 2 sprigs, leaves finely chopped
Preparation:
Drain and rinse the soaked beans and add them to a pressure cooker along with some salt, turmeric and add enough water. Cover the pressure cooker with a lid and cook the beans for around 20 minutes or until tender.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, onions and tomato puree and cook and stir them for 2 - 4 minutes.
To this add garam masala, ground coriander and red chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
To this mixture add the cooked beans and yogurt and cook on simmer for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame and top the curry with Cilantro.
