Ingredients required:

  • Quick oats

  • Milk

  • Sugar

  • Honey

  • Bananas

Preparation:

  • In a Tea Pan, pour 1 cup of milk and add some sugar to it.

  • After a couple of minutes, add quick oats and let it boil for about 3-5 minutes.

  • Make sure to stir the mixture constantly to avoid stickiness.

  • Cut a banana into small circles and put them aside.

  • Turn off the stove and pour the mixture into a serving bowl and top it with banana pieces and honey.

  • You can make this meal for breakfast as well.
