Quick and Easy Hummus

Ingredients required:

  • Chickpeas

  • Tahini (Not available at the pantry, can be found at Walmart or Fred Meyers)

  • Lemon juice

  • Garlic

  • Cumin

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  • Add tahini and lemon juice into a food processor

  • Let the food processor run for about a minute

  • Add in your chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt, and olive oil

  • Once your hummus is almost done, add in cold water at the end as your food processor is still running for a rich consistency

  • Garnish with toppings of your liking such as paprika, olive oil, and more. Enjoy!
